Heidi Bakker of Iris Ministries says that our role is to LOVE and share Jesus with everyone, wherever we find ourselves. LOVE should be the driving force behind everything we do. As we live in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit, this LOVE will be evident in and through us.

The Beginning of another Malawi adventure...

"Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you." James 1:27

One never knows the plans God has until the story unfolds step by step. The way the Malawi 2010 team has unfolded is absolutely amazing. Only God could have arranged this team and I am so grateful for each person, their giftings, and the fun we've already enjoyed getting acquainted.

We are preparing for the trip by reading Foreign to Familiar and working on a Destination Study about Malawi. Should be interesting.
